KEPOLISIAN REPUBLIK INDONESIA BISA DITUNTUT PIDANA  Berdasarkan informasi yang beredar, ada beberapa aktivis yang ditahan di Bareskrim Mabes Polri yang positif terpapar Covid-19. Pada hal mereka masuk dalam ruang tahanan Bareskrimdalam kondisi sehat. Hanya satu,  yang ketika masuk dalam keadaan sakit, yaitu Jumhur Hidayat, yang ketika ditangkap baru menjalani operasi batu empedu. Sementara pemerintah melalui KEMENKUMHAM mengambil kebijakan untuk membebaskan puluhan ribu  NAPI dari penjara, dengan alasan adanya kekawatiran akan penularan COVID-19. Tetapi dilain pihak justru banyak aktivis yang dijebloskan dalam tahanan, diantaranya adalah para pelaku unjuk rasa dan para aktivis pergerakan. Yang sesungguhnya, sebagian besar dari mereka hanya menyuarakan adanya ketidak adilan dan penegakkan hukum yang diskriminatif. Ada indikasi sangat kuat bahwa REZIM ini  sudah mulai cerai berai dan rapuh. OMNIBUS LAW yang baru diteken oleh Presiden dan diundangkan menjadi UU No. 11 tahun 2020, tentang CIPTA KERJA, LN Nomor. 245,  menambah kontroversi semakin seru dan kini menjadi trending topik di berbagai media pemberitaan.  Betapa tidak...., UU sepenting itu, setelah diundangkan masih bisa terjadi berbagai kontroversi yang sulit dinalar dengan logika hukum yang paling sederhana sekalipun. Jika kontroversi sebelum diputuskan dan diundangkan masih bisa dicarikan celah pembenaran.
